Mowing of Campsites
Guests staying longer than one week are responsible for helping maintain the appearance of their campsite. This includes weed-eating areas that OCU staff cannot safely access, such as underneath or around campers, utility posts, hoses, pet enclosures, and other obstacles.
OCU staff mow campsites each Wednesday, weather permitting. To allow the site to be mowed, all personal belongings must be removed from grassy areas before the scheduled mowing day. This includes lawn chairs, coolers, pet enclosures, outdoor equipment, decorations, and any other items that may interfere with maintenance.
Sites that are not cleared will not be mowed during the regularly scheduled mowing period. The guest will then be responsible for maintaining the site. A $50 maintenance fee will be charged each time OCU staff must return to service a site outside of the regularly scheduled mowing day.

If you do not have a water pressure regulator, they are available for purchase in the RV Park Office. The use of a water filter is not required but is strongly recommended.
