The Ohio Christian University Trailblazers won its third game of the season in convincing fashion by defeating its NCCAA Mid-East Region opponents, The Freewill Bible Baptist Flames by the score of 10-0. The Trailblazers were again led by a stellar pitching performance by freshman, Steven Vogelgesang (Cincinnati, OH). Vogelgesang pitched a complete game two hit shutout and struck out seven.
Dannyel Butte, a 5-6 senior guard from Findlay High School, signed her letter of intent to play basketball for the Lady Trailblazers next season.
The Lady Trailblazers signed Courtney Schilling, a point guard from Liberty Union High School. Courtney averaged 9 points, 4 assists, and 2 steals per game in her senior season.

The Trailblazers were led with a stellar pitching performance by freshman, Steven Vogelgesang (Cincinnati, OH). Vogelgesang pitched a complete game, five hitter, allowing one earned run, and striking out five.
The Trailblazers sign Jeremy Hays from Tree of Live Christian School. Jeremy is the runner up player of the year in the Mid Ohio Christian Athletics league.
Canal Winchester High School has been a gold mine for OCU in signing soccer players. Earlier this year OCU signed defender, Blake Steinbrink to come play in the fall.
The OCU women's basketball team signed another standout guard last week. D.B. Craig, a transfer from Taylor-Ft Wayne, will play for the Lady Blazers next season.
