Method 1 -

You can get to your OCU email quickly by going to and clicking Sign in at the top right-hand corner. Enter your OCU email address and password as prompted, and you'll be taken straight to your inbox!

Method 2 - Office 365 (myOCU)

Your OCU email inbox can be accessed by going to myOCU. Once on the page, click on the Office365 text in the top-right hand corner. After doing this, you will be brought to the Office Portal login page. Enter your FULL OCU email address in the first box. Click Next, and in the following box, enter your OCU password and click Sign In.


Once you are logged in, you will see all of the Office apps you have access to on the left-hand side. By clicking Outlook, you will be taken to the web version of Outlook for your email.

Method 3 - Outlook Desktop App

You can also use the Outlook desktop app installed on your computer if you do not want to use the web app shown above. If you do not have the desktop app installed on your computer, please click here for instructions on how to install the Microsoft Office suite.
